Our mission at PPS is to be the premier provider of the development and implementation of Single Source, multi-dimensional, problem solving techniques, driving the most effective SOLUTIONS to our utility clients. Precision Pipeline Solutions, LLC. (PPS) was established in December 2002 and is driven by a management team well experienced in the utility infrastructure industry. This management team’s expertise transcends the design, operations, management, regulatory administration and hands-on construction functions of the utility markets. PPS is focused on delivering cost-effective consultation, inspection, construction, operations and maintenance services to this industry through our staff of safety trained and operator-qualified employees.

Our constant re-investment in our personnel and equipment allows us to remain on the cutting edge of technology and techniques to serve our clients. PPS has the ability to take on all sizes of projects – large to small – and get the job done safely, with quality and with cost-efficiency.

Our Goal is to partner with our client’s management teams to develop the absolute most effective solution for each situation. Our niche is taking on never-before accomplished jobs and going from problem and concept through project management to reporting with the end result being a solution beyond our client’s expectations. We are also proud of our ability to streamline and provide very cost-effective solutions for tried and true practices and operations.

The Company Training Programs and Quality Assurance Programs were developed and are administered by Michael Rhodes, a 9 year veteran of the Public Service Commission. During Michael’s tenure at the PSC, he also had direct oversight of the Operator Qualification Program for the state, which is the heavily structured natural gas operations Training and Certification program. Our Quality Assurance Group is completely independent of our Operations Groups and conducts routine scaled audits of our Company’s administration, reporting, control, training, procedures, and operations.
